The Election Commission has released the notification for the MLC elections under the MLA quota in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. A total of 10 MLC seats will be vacant on March 29, and elections will be conducted to fill these positions.

📌 Scrutiny of nominations – March 11
📌 Last date for withdrawal of nominations – March 13
📌 Polling & Counting – March 20
The polling will take place on March 20, and the counting of votes will be conducted on the same day, following which the results will be announced.
With the MLC elections approaching, political parties in both states have intensified their strategies, and backroom negotiations are in full swing.
