YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) Chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy called on party workers to unite and bolster the party’s grassroots efforts in preparation for the upcoming elections. Addressing a meeting in Nellore, Jagan emphasized the importance of active participation in social media to counter opposition narratives and amplify the party’s achievements.
Jagan stressed the significance of grassroots engagement, urging party members to form district and mandal committees by Sankranti to build a robust network. He encouraged leaders to connect directly with the people, saying that every YSRCP leader should be able to visit any home in the state with pride.
Acknowledging the power of social media in today’s political landscape, Jagan called on party workers to utilize platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to expose the opposition’s shortcomings and highlight the successes of the YSRCP government. He described social media as a key tool in shaping public opinion, urging every member to be active online and share the party’s positive message.
In his address, Jagan reassured party workers of his steadfast support, vowing to protect them from any political challenges they may face. He also announced plans to tour districts starting in late January to connect with grassroots workers directly and further strengthen the party’s presence ahead of elections.
“This is the time for unwavering commitment to the people and the party,” Jagan said, rallying the cadre to work together and win the trust of the people. The meeting concluded with a message of unity and resolve as the YSRCP gears up for the electoral battle ahead.
