The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has emerged victorious in the Delhi Assembly Elections, and celebrations broke out among party workers in Andhra Pradesh. The BJP’s triumph marks a significant achievement as it regains power in Delhi after a gap of 27 years.
Party workers expressed their joy with fireworks, distributing sweets, and chanting slogans like “Delhi Gadda BJP Adda” (Delhi is BJP’s stronghold). The celebrations took place at the BJP office in Vijayawada, where several prominent leaders participated, including the party’s Minority Morcha President Sheikh Baji and NTR District President Adoori Sriram.
Leaders and party members credited this victory to the voters who delivered a lesson to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Initially formed as a party for the common man, the AAP has now become entangled in corruption, and voters from all sections of society have sent a clear message, they said.
